Correction ring (with shutter speed and brightness) rotates very tightly. Body has signs of age. This is the first USSR photoelectric exposure meter. It was fully original – “FED” engineers created them without copying any device from abroad. After the end of IIWW production was not resumed. Exposure time calculated – 1/1000 sec – 17 minutes. ISO range calculated 5-80. Aperure possible f/1.5-f/18. In 1940 magazine “Soviet photo” wrote about modernized variant of this exposure meter in bakelite body.
