A excellent example of a Dipper in a Glass Case 13″x9″x11 high with water/riverbank effect scenery, these are as rare as hens teeth, i have only ever done two before. This item can be posted using Silversprint couriers, you would have to arrange and pay for their service, i will pack/box it up free of charge. This specimen does not require an A10 Licence I have proof that it was obtained legally a Log Book containing this information will be passed to the new owner. I have attended the last three World Taxidermist Championships in the USA and achieved 1st and 2nd places in the Professional Division. All my work is preserved and mounted to the highest professional standard as you would expect, not to be confused with the work produced by unqualified commercial taxidermists, 9 out of 10 taxidermists in the UK have no qualifications. A FEW FACTS ABOUT TAXIDERMY IN THE UK Sadly it looks to be going the way it did in the Victorian Days when anyone and everyone is having a go and calling themselves a Taxidermist. About 80% of the work is inside and unseen, the washing, cleaning, de-fatting and de-greasing needs to be done thoroughly so that the skin can be properly preserved. This is were most are cutting corners just concentrating on getting the finished mount looking good, these specimens are not going to last and will soon start to deteriorate. Done following the procedures used by a Qualified Taxidermist and mounted correctly in a glass case these items should last for hundreds of years and appreciate in value and intact become collectors items for future generations to enjoy. For the best results always use a Taxidermist who is recognised by the UK Guild of Taxidermists as a Specialist or Accredited Taxidermist , you can be sure that these people have proved their ability through a qualification style system and by adhering to a strict set of guidelines. Anyone calling themselves a Taxidermist but not having attained the standards mentioned above are more than likely not skilled enough to achieve them. All my work is for sale in the UK only due to complex legislation. Return cannot be accepted.
