It has been made between 1920 to 1940 (Nedinsco era). All functions are working. Each knob has a safety button to hold calibration (MEDICION – DERIVA – ALZA). I do not know how to operate 4th knob (DESNIVEL). It has been oiled but not restored, so It preserves its original condition. Incredible military apparatus for demanding collectors.
